"The difference between the Amazing 12 and other fitness programs is the philosophy and the expertise of Amanda Hudson. I have always loved trying exercise programs throughout my life, even trained members of a health club for about a year. Personally I have experimented with diets, subscribed to Muscle & Fitness and consider myself above average with fitness. It is very difficult to put into words how God has blessed my life by allowing me to participate in A12. I wanted to get stronger, safely, and improve my overall physique. There is always room to improve and regardless of my knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, there is always more to learn. This overall experience has exceeded my expectations. The best part…I was able to train alongside my sister and best friend, Milah McGraw. I loved seeing her transform from the inside out. I am truly inspired by her beauty.
I needed encouragement, motivation and accountability, and Amanda provided. She is very knowledgeable, yet so humble and a great teacher/coach. Most importantly, she cares. It was such an honor to train with her, and I am grateful to call her my friend. The quality of this program is unmatched.
I have a renewed passion for weight training, and I thank God for this opportunity to help others achieve their goals. Without Jesus Christ, none of this could have been possible.

The Amazing 12 program has been more than 12 weeks for me. I started this journey a year ago in Amanda's very first group. I was 210 lbs of laziness to put it honest. I blamed it on anything I could think of...I blamed it on baby weight (which some of it was, but definitely not all of it), too busy to eat right, and unhealthy food was convenient and I knew my kids would eat it. I finally got tired of the excuses and was tired of being, well, TIRED! Rocked out my first 12 weeks with her and gained enormous strength and lost 30 lbs. Well since I couldn't afford to have Amanda move in my house and cook for me and continue daily training I had to put on my big girl panties and do it myself. She gave me all the tools I needed to succeed alone and I did. I continued with diet and exercise and lost another 30 lbs from January to May. After losing 60 lbs within a 7 month span of time I needed to tone what I had lost. I contacted Amanda again because this time I was ready for another round! This last 12 weeks certainly paid off and I achieved the goals I set out to. I continued to increase my weights weekly and I could see even more definition in my body than before. My legs have become so much stronger and defined as well as my arms. It's awesome to show off these biceps I never knew I'd get! Not only that but my flabby belly I has really flattened! This program is the real deal and Amanda hits another home run!!

“I am a 30 year old full time nurse practitioner, wife, and mother of two precious toddlers! My story is like most other women. You get married. You get comfortable. You get pregnant. The next thing you do is look in the mirror and you're 50 pounds overweight. Life starts happening and I found myself spinning out of control with my eating. I eat when I'm sad, I eat when I am happy, I eat when I am stressed, I eat just to EAT! Eating and never exercising was a recipe for disaster. Playing in my yard with my two children became a chore. All I had the energy to do after work was sit on the couch and watch the latest episode of "Hoarders". My kids would beg to go swing or play on their bikes, but I had become so lazy and tired that I just wanted to sit and snack. I started to feel depressed about how I looked and most importantly how I was treating my husband and children. I had enough of the pity party and saw where Amanda Hudson was promoting this "Amazing 12" program she had just come back from Ireland learning about and decided to go for it. I had never met Amanda nor did I know much about the weight lifting world but I saw this as a way to get off my rear end and get in the gym. I have never been more proud of myself! Amanda coached me and taught me things I had never known. I found out I love Kettlebells and I actually ENJOYED lifting weights! Who knew? After 12 weeks of this program I have lost a total of 30 pounds but probably gained almost that in muscle! I have changed the way I look at food. I have now incorporated gym time into my daily routine and plan to keep it that way! Amanda brought me so far and I still am setting new goals for myself daily. This program is one of the biggest risks I have taken and has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself.”
